These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "the Terms") govern the access to and use of the B2B digital platform of LMG Bio Research LLC (hereinafter, "LMG Bio Research", "the Company" or "the Platform"), available at www.lmgbioresearch.com, dedicated to the distribution of specialty products for professional use to licensed professionals and authorized distributors across the United States and ten Latin American markets.
Products have not been evaluated or approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or equivalent regulatory authorities. They are supplied without therapeutic claims, indications, or directions for use, and no representation is made as to their suitability for any particular purpose. LMG Bio Research does not manufacture the products.
By registering, accessing or using the Platform, the user declares to have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If they do not agree with any of them, they must refrain from using the service.
Access to the Platform is restricted exclusively to:
The Platform does not sell to individual consumers and does not ship to patients. Individual registration is not available; all registrations are subject to a documented institutional verification process before being approved.
To obtain access, the applicant must complete the institutional application form, attaching the required credentialing documentation (professional license, health registration, official identification or other document that corresponds to their profile). LMG Bio Research will evaluate the application within 2 to 5 business days and will notify the outcome by email.
Access credentials (email and password) are personal and non-transferable. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and for all activities performed under their account. They must notify LMG Bio Research immediately of any unauthorized use of their account at [email protected].
Each user may have access enabled to one or more operating countries. The product catalog, prices and availability displayed correspond exclusively to the country selected at the time of login. The user undertakes to place orders only for the countries in which they hold the corresponding legal authorization.

The products offered through the Platform are specialty products supplied exclusively for professional use.
Products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. FDA or equivalent regulatory authorities. They are supplied without therapeutic claims, indications, or directions for use, and no representation is made as to their suitability for any particular purpose. LMG Bio Research makes no warranty beyond the conformity of each batch to its accompanying Certificate of Analysis (COA).
LMG Bio Research does not manufacture the products, does not provide medical advice, dosing recommendations, treatment protocols, or diagnostic support.
Determination of appropriate use, patient eligibility, clinical indication, and regulatory status rests solely with the ordering professional, acting under the authority of their own license and the applicable law of their jurisdiction.
The ordering professional is solely responsible for any compounding, dispensing, administration, labeling, and record-keeping that occurs after delivery.
Custody of any patient health information remains with the treating professional. LMG Bio Research does not hold or process patient records.
The product catalog, available presentations, prices and supply conditions may vary depending on the user's operating country. LMG Bio Research does not guarantee the permanent availability of any product and reserves the right to modify the catalog without prior notice.
Technical specifications, concentrations, presentations and other product information are provided for informational purposes and are complemented with the Certificates of Analysis (COA) corresponding to each batch. In case of discrepancy, the information in the official COA prevails.
Products that require a cold chain are duly identified on the Platform. The user is responsible for having the appropriate facilities and storage conditions to ensure the integrity of the product from its receipt.
Orders through the Platform may originate through two channels:
In both cases, an order confirmed by the user constitutes a binding purchase offer subject to acceptance by LMG Bio Research. The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel orders in the event of insufficient stock, inconsistencies in delivery data, user account suspension or any other justified circumstance, notifying the user as soon as possible.

The prices indicated on the Platform:
Orders placed through the Platform are paid by credit or debit card at the time of confirming the order, processed through Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. LMG Bio Research does not store card information on its servers.
Payment can be completed from the Platform itself or through a secure payment link sent by LMG Bio Research institutional email. In both cases, processing is performed by Stripe and the charge will appear on the cardholder's statement with the descriptor "LMGBIO".
Due to the sensitive nature and handling conditions required for the products supplied (cold chain control, batch integrity, traceability), returns or refunds for the user's change of mind are not accepted once the order has been shipped.
A full refund or product replacement, at the user's choice, will be processed in the following cases:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days through Stripe. To request a refund, contact [email protected] with the order number and corresponding evidence.
Shipping is charged separately from the price of the products and is calculated automatically based on the number of units in the order (the more units in a single order, the lower the shipping cost per unit). The exact amount is shown at checkout as a separate line item before payment is confirmed — no shipping amount is ever charged without the user having seen and accepted it first.
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours from payment confirmation, through our logistics partner Uptime Fulfillment from a warehouse in the United States.
Products are sold FOB Miami (Free On Board). The purchasing entity acts as the importer of record and is solely responsible for:

LMG Bio Research provides Certificates of Analysis (COA) for the products available on the Platform. These documents:
All Platform content (texts, images, logos, design, source code, databases, technical documentation and COAs) is the property of LMG Bio Research LLC or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Access to the Platform does not grant the user any intellectual property rights over such content. Its reproduction, distribution, modification or public communication without express written authorization from LMG Bio Research is prohibited.
LMG Bio Research does not manufacture the products it distributes. It makes no warranty, express or implied, beyond the conformity of each batch to its accompanying Certificate of Analysis (COA). In particular, the following are expressly excluded:
LMG Bio Research does not provide medical advice, dosing recommendations, treatment protocols, or diagnostic support. It is not responsible for:
LMG Bio Research does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform and will not be responsible for damages arising from service interruptions, technical errors, data loss due to causes beyond its control, or unauthorized access resulting from user negligence in the custody of their credentials.
In any case, LMG Bio Research's maximum liability to the user will not exceed the total amount invoiced to the user in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
LMG Bio Research may suspend or cancel a user's access, with or without prior notice, in the following cases:
The cancellation of the account does not exempt the user from the economic obligations accrued previously nor does it affect orders already confirmed and in process.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of El Salvador, without prejudice to the consumer protection and product distribution rules that are mandatorily applicable in the user's operating country.
For the resolution of any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms, the parties submit, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of San Salvador, El Salvador. However, LMG Bio Research may resort to the courts of the user's domicile to claim amounts owed.
The parties undertake to try to resolve any discrepancy amicably before initiating legal actions.
LMG Bio Research reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated to registered users by email at least 15 days in advance of their entry into force. The continued use of the Platform after the entry into force of the new Terms implies acceptance of the same. If the user does not accept the modifications, they must notify LMG Bio Research and cease using the Platform.
